Cinnamon Ice Cream


Its hot today, and this is all I can think about...


Homemade Ice Cream

1 quart Cream

3 or 4 cups Sugar

5 well beaten Eggs

2 cans (12 oz. each) Evaporated Milk

Vanilla to taste

pinch of Salt

Cinnamon!!!! Just shake a lot in!

Add milk until the freezer is 3/4 full (or to the "fill line")
Chill ingredients first, and be sure to stir well! Then put it in a ice cream maker and let it do its job.
